We needed to tell people that Britain's biggest insurer was changing its name, so we looked to people who have been there and done that. Sometimes a change of name is actually a chance to show the whole world who you've always wanted to be. Financial services companies aren't known for putting their customers first, which often leaves us feeling frustrated. Aviva recognises those things that annoy people and is changing the way they work to put them right by treating them as individuals rather than just customer reference numbers.
