The UK's happiest agency

MV ranked 17th in Sunday Times “Best Companies to Work For” survey. The Sunday Times  published the results of their annual publication of Britain’s “most dynamic and engaging” workplaces on 4th March 2012, and AMV BBDO was recognised as best media or advertising place to work, and ranked 17 best place to work across all UK businesses.

The Sunday Times  published the results of their annual publication of Britain’s “most dynamic and engaging” workplaces on 4th March 2012, and AMV BBDO was recognised as best media or advertising place to work, and ranked 17 best place to work across all UK businesses. Chief Executive Ian Pearman was recognised  for his leadership of the agency, alongside his senior management team, with AMV BBDO being ranked 5th in the UK for "Leadership" (82%). AMV BBDO is also the 3rd best ranked company in the UK for team work (“My Team”, 83%, third highest nationally) and 9th best ranked company in the UK for "Personal Growth" (77%) A special award “Best for Innovation in Engagement Practice” was given to AMV for the musical “AMGlee” , written, produced and starred in by agency staff, and performed last May at the Pleasance Theatre. AMV were the only advertising and communications agency to achieve a top 30 spot. CEO Ian Pearman said: "To be top 20 in the country is fantastic. Over the last year we've been fortunate enough to win best agency accolades at APG, IPA, Gunn, Big Won and Cannes, and there's no doubt that the culture created by everyone who works at the agency has been key to those achievements. Great cultures create great work." This award completed a year of creative and strategic recognition in which AMV BBDO was the most-awarded agency in the UK, and BBDO the most-awarded network of 2011 (Gunn Report, The Big Won), as well as APG and IPA Agency of the Year.
