AMV BBDO wins at Marketing Week's Engage Awards

At this year's Marketing Week's annual Engage Awards, which celebrates marketing effectiveness, AMV BBDO won more awards than any other agency:  in the Automotive category for Mercedes-Benz and in the Telecoms & IT category for BT.

At this year's Marketing Week's annual Engage Awards, which celebrates marketing effectiveness, AMV BBDO won more awards than any other agency:  in the Automotive category for Mercedes-Benz and in the Telecoms & IT category for BT.  The integrated campaign 'Escape the Map' for Mercedes has created a buzz around the launch of the new C-Class Coupe with the desired younger generation, with the judges saying that it was linked to “extremely good results”.  The well-known BT campaign featuring the couple Adam and Jane culminated after six years with ‘The Wedding Vote’.  This event inserted itself into the national conversation and BT saw brand consideration and appeal scores rise, as well as a multimillion increase in incremental revenue.  AMV were also  commended in the FMCG category for the Snickers ‘You’re Not You When You’re Hungry’ campaign which featured Joan Collins and other celebrities revealing the new strapline via TV, print, radio and Twitter.
