AMV BBDO Hires Crichlow
AMV BBDO is proud to announce Gerard Crichlow as the Director of Social & Cultural Innovation, he will begin his role in the AMV offices in London later this month.
The new role is the latest evolution in AMV BBDO's transition from world-class creative and strategic shop to a fully integrated solutions agency. Crichlow’s role will include leading the AMV social media team as well as working closely with AMV’s planning and creative teams to identify cultural shifts and amplification opportunities for the firm’s global roster of clients.

Crichlow comes to AMV BBDO from DROGA5 New York, where he built their award winning social media offering and was responsible for guiding the management and strategic direction of the agency’s social media output across key client portfolios including: Coca-Cola, Mondelez, and Heineken.
Crichlow will be joined in the expanding social effort by AMV’s newly hired Head of AMV Pulse, Laura Di Simone, who has joined from Isobar.
Previous to his time at Droga5 Crichlow worked at R/GA New York, where he developed mobile and social strategies for clients such as Nike, Google, McCormick, and MasterCard.
