AMV BBDO Hires Creative Directors
AMV BBDO is bolstering its creative department by hiring Neil Clarke and Jay Phillips as Creative Directors from CHI.
Neil and Jay are Alex and Adrian’s first hires in their roles as ECDs. Neil and Jay will work across a broad range of clients, including Heinz and Mars.
Neil and Jay started their careers at McCann London where they produced work for American Airlines that made it into the D&AD annual. The following year, their Mastercard work won at Campaign Posters and they won the Cannes Young Lions competition. Whilst at McCann they worked on various award-winning account, including Heinz, Premier Foods, and the London Olympics.
In 2011, the duo moved to CHI&Partners, where after 18 months they were made Creative Directors. Whilst there, they worked on Samsung, Lexus, British Gas and TalkTalk.
